Delina Harding, RN, ADN

I'm Delina, I began my nursing journey more than 20 years ago as a Licensed Practical Nurse, and over the years, nursing has taught me that truly caring for someone means supporting both their physical and mental well-being. Now, as a Registered Nurse, I continue to help patients improve their lives by building meaningful therapeutic relationships, advocating for their needs, and creating a space where they feel heard and respected.

I believe every patient deserves to be treated with dignity, empathy, and compassion. My years in nursing have strengthened my communication, critical-thinking, and crisis-management skills, but they have also taught me the importance of simply meeting people where they are. Mental health can feel incredibly personal, and my goal is to make seeking care feel a little less intimidating and a lot more human.

I am passionate about reducing the stigma surrounding mental health and helping patients feel supported as they work toward recovery, growth, and overall well-being.

Outside of nursing, I’m usually listening to a true-crime podcast, planning my next concert, spending time with my family, or enjoying a girls’ night—preferably with chocolate involved. I believe connection, laughter, and the little things that bring us joy are an important part of wellness, too.
