I’m Lauren, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and founder of Midnight Bloom Mental Health & Wellness.

Where It Started

My nursing career began more than a decade ago, and much of my experience has been spent caring for individuals navigating mental health and substance use challenges. Those experiences have shaped the kind of provider I strive to be—knowledgeable and evidence-based, but also approachable, genuine, and easy to talk to.

I created Midnight Bloom because I believe mental health care should feel personal. I want my patients to have a space where they can be completely themselves, feel heard without judgment, and be actively involved in decisions about their care. Treatment is never one-size-fits-all. I enjoy getting to know the person behind the symptoms and working together to find an approach that makes sense for their life, their goals, and where they are right now.

My Approach

My approach combines evidence-based medication management with education, honest conversations, and a focus on the whole person. Whether someone is navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, or simply feels like they haven’t been themselves lately, my goal is for them to leave feeling understood, supported, and hopeful about what comes next.

Creating The Name

The name Midnight Bloom represents so much of what I believe about mental health and healing. Growth doesn’t only happen during the easy or beautiful seasons of life. Sometimes our greatest growth happens in the middle of the difficult, uncertain, or seemingly darkest ones. There’s something very “everything you lose is a step you take” about that idea.

My Belief

Mental health care isn’t about changing who you are. It’s about understanding yourself, finding what helps you feel well, and giving yourself the opportunity to keep growing into the person you already have the potential to be.

Our Goals

Taking care of your mental health should be calming, empowering, and judgment-free experience. We want our patients to feel heard, respected, and cared for from their very first interaction.

We want visitors to feel confident scheduling an appointment because they believe they've found a provider who genuinely listens, understands, and offers individualized treatment.

We strive to make each of our patients feel hopeful that improvement is possible, and view mental health care as approachable rather than intimidating

At Midnight Bloom Mental Health & Wellness, our mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care that empowers individuals to heal, grow, and embrace their next chapter with confidence.

We believe every person deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported through personalized treatment that nurtures both mental wellness and overall well-being. Like flowers that bloom after the darkest night, we believe healing is always possible, and every new day is an opportunity to begin again.
