Alexandria Almond, PMHNP-BC

I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and a proud native of Coastal North Carolina. I am dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care to adolescents, teens, and adults in the community. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University in 2022 after completing my Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Fayetteville State University in 2018.

I have extensive experience across pediatric, adult, and outpatient mental health settings. I began my psychiatric career in a pediatric inpatient facility, where I developed a strong foundation in trauma-informed care and behavioral stabilization. I later expanded my expertise in an adult inpatient psychiatric unit, caring for individuals experiencing a wide range of acute and chronic mental health conditions.

In my free time, I enjoy playing guitar, reading, boxing, watching horror movies and watching football (Geaux Saints!). I also enjoy playing trivia with my friend group.
